What is in the report?

The report covers five checks. Each one says what we found, with the number, the place and the date.

  1. Your Google profileYour categories, reviews, hours and photos, next to the three businesses Google shows first.
  2. Google MapsWhere you show up on the map for the searches that bring you customers, from a few points around you.
  3. The AI answersReal customer questions in ChatGPT, Google’s AI Mode, Gemini and Perplexity. How often each one names you, and who it names instead.
  4. Your websiteWhether Google and AI can read your services, hours and prices, and whether search and AI tools are let in.
  5. Wrong facts and risksWhat AI gets wrong about you, and anything that could get your Google profile in trouble.

How do we check AI answers?

AI answers change every time, so one screenshot proves nothing. We ask each question many times and count.

We ask the questions your customers ask, like “best med spa near me”, not the ones your website answers. Each question runs ten times in ChatGPT and Google’s AI Mode, and five times in Gemini and Perplexity. Every run is a new chat, logged out, with memory off.

We report how often you were named, never a position, and every number carries its date and how many answers it comes from.

Why many runs: asked the same question again, AI tools repeated only 21 to 33% of the businesses they had named, in BrightLocal’s study.

What the report leaves out.

No score out of 100, no scare sheet and no sales plan. Just what we found.

We use only what is public, so we need no logins. If a check can’t run, the report says so instead of guessing.

Do you need access to my accounts?

No. The report uses only what anyone can see. Access to your Google profile and website comes later, and only if you hire us.

What happens after I get it?

We walk you through it, in person or on a call. If you want us to fix what we found, we say how. If not, keep the report.
